the mission of arcanum healing
After the passing of my beloved dog, Gizmo—who many of you knew and loved—I’ve been moving through a period of deep grief and reflection. In that space, I’ve realized how important it is for me to return to the work that brings me purpose and connection. Out of that realization, I reinvented Arcanum Healing—a commitment to take the mystery out of healing and transform it into something beautifully understood.
From that commitment came a living expression: Arcanum Spaces—a way of turning philosophy into practice. It meets people where healing actually happens: in the spaces we tend and the horizons we allow ourselves to reach.
Home Edition is the grounded path. It’s the body you live in, the rooms you shape, and the rituals that steady you—organizing, nourishment, environment, and the practical care that makes life feel held.
Cosmic Edition is the expansive path. It’s where astrology, Destiny Matrix insight, and the expressive side of wellbeing invite you to dream, to reach for the stars, and to step beyond the familiar with intention and elegance.
Together, these offerings create a complete rhythm of care—rooting and reaching, home and horizon—so healing can feel both clear and luminous, both accessible and elevated.
This brand isn’t about aesthetics for the sake of aesthetics, or spirituality for the sake of mystique. It’s about clarity, understanding, and making things make sense—whether that means refining a home, nourishing the body, choosing supplements with discernment, reading a chart with purpose, or embracing beauty as a form of restoration.
My work lives at the intersection of the practical and the aspirational—the places we come from and the places we dare to go. I built this company the same way I’ve rebuilt my life: with honesty, curiosity, resilience, and the willingness to create something better than what I started with.
If you’re here, I hope you find something that grounds you—and something that helps you dream.
Because you deserve both.
We all do.
Our Founder
Lindy Stoops, CEO
I was born and raised in a small town in Alaska, a place where life is simple, raw, and honest. Growing up there taught me what it means to build a home from whatever you have, to be resourceful, to make beauty where you can, and to lean into the kind of resilience that doesn’t need to be spoken to be understood.
But I always carried a quiet pull toward something bigger — a sense that life stretched far beyond the mountains around me. After high school, I followed that feeling all the way into big cities and new worlds. I chased experiences, new spaces, new versions of myself. My journey hasn’t been smooth or easy. I’ve lived through more than I let show on the surface. But every hardship, every misstep, every rebuilding taught me something essential:
healing is not a single moment — it’s a series of spaces we learn to inhabit.
Some of those spaces are literal — the rooms we live in, the body we wake up in, the habits that carry us through the day.
Others are cosmic — the dreams we reach for, the patterns written in our chart, the beliefs that shape what we think is possible for our lives.
After years of navigating dysfunction, growth, healing, and expansion, I realized that my gift wasn’t just in transforming my own environments — it was in helping others understand theirs, too. Not from a place of perfection, but from lived experience. From sincerity. From the quiet wisdom you only earn by surviving things people don’t see.
My professional path spans business and executive support, interior design, real estate, and integrative wellness, giving me the rare ability to connect inner transformation to the external structures that sustain it. I’ve deepened this work through training in Astrology, Destiny Matrix, Hypnosis, NLP, Reiki, and Phlebotomy, blending intuitive insight with practical, evidence‑minded care. I am currently becoming a Neurospatial Design™ Practitioner under the leadership of Kimberly Garner at the School of Integrative Design, expanding my expertise in spatial psychology, sensory experience, and cognitive‑emotional patterning—how environments shape the way we feel, function, and thrive. In practice, it’s a return to my Interior Design education at the Art Institute of Colorado, carried forward into a more expansive neurospatial discipline—honoring my foundations while advancing the frontier of my work and expanding the areas I’ve wanted to for decades.
Through Arcanum Spaces, I help clients move fluidly between two equally essential modes of care: the steadying clarity of the Home Edition and the luminous expansion of the Cosmic Edition. One strengthens foundations; the other widens possibility. Together, they create a life that is both grounded and aspirational—rooted where you are and reaching where you’re called to go.
Thank you for being here.
